Please allow me to begin by saying that I recommend this website and the products without reservation. I mean it. We bought five planter boxes of varying sizes and a fountain from Jennifer. She is not cheap, however the products were flawless, exactly the color and design that she said they would be, and worth every penny. If you want cheaper products (which is fine), these products are not for you. If instead you want to buy garden/patio items that will easily last a lifetime, send a strong message of elegance, and be proud to entertain then Jennifer is your partner. Moreover, she takes the time to understand the VISION of what you are trying to create, and then courteously makes recommendations to fulfill that vision. She is honest, pleasant to speak with, absolutely straightforward, works to get what you want at the very best price, AND THEN FOLLOWS UP. SHE WANTS YOU TO BE HAPPY. Her products are formidable. They are HEAVY and well built. One gets a sense of real presence from the product. They make a statement. In summary; get product, Jennifer partners with you to get exactly what you want, without pressure (make sure you get samples to SEE the colors), everything was on time and very well packaged (did I say heavy?), and then great follow up. Not cheap, but worth every penny. Very good products. I am absolutely satisfied. I know you will be too. Paul F.

Vence Wall Fountain - Outstanding

The Vence Wall Fountain has been a great addition to my townhome patio area. The quality is exceptional and you did a tremendous job with the overall purchase experience. The fountain was securely packaged and all tracking information was provided. It was very easy to assemble, and having a minimum of two people is best when assembling. Depending on where the fountain will be positioned, it's best to have three people or hire a professional to put it in place, as I did, due to its heavy nature. The finish on the fountain is fantastic, and the pump installation was extremely straight forward. The Vence Fountain is an extremely tasteful piece made with great quality and ease of use. I would highly recommend it so to elevate your specific outdoor decor.
