Return & Refund Policy

At the Blissful Place, your satisfaction is our top priority. So in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: We sell some products from manufacturers and suppliers that are made-to-order. These products can only be cancelled up to 48 hours after order placement for a full refund.

After 48 hours, there will be NO REFUND. These made-to-order products are also NOT eligible for return.

Please refer to the product page under “Shipping & Returns” for cancellation, shipping and return policy details for that specific product.

Return Policy & Process 

  1. Contact our customer service department at support@theblissfulplace.com or call us at 800-975-4022 to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Returned products must in new condition in the original boxes with all the parts it came with. Be sure to include your receipt/proof of purchase to complete your return. Your RMA number is valid for seven days from the date it’s issued and then it will expire. Once you receive your RMA number, please return your item(s) immediately.
  2. A return address of where to ship the item(s) will be emailed to you. Returns without authorization numbers are subject to being refused. Include the RMA number on your return shipping label.
  3. Return your item(s) by an insured shipping carrier such as UPS or Fedex. It is a good idea to insure your returned item(s) for its purchase price since the Blissful Place will not be responsible for any damaged or lost returned shipments. If damages do occur during return shipping, you will be responsible for filing a claim with your shipping carrier. If you did not insure your returned item(s), you will not receive a refund from The Blissful Place or the shipping carrier you chose.

Refund Policy

All of our products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and the original shipping cost even if the item(s) was “Free Shipping”.

After your return is received and the item(s) are in new, resaleable condition with no visible damage or missing parts, you will be refunded the original purchase price less the original shipping cost and the 15% restocking fee via the original credit card you used when you placed your order. The Blissful Place reserves the right to withhold all or part of your refund if any item(s) are returned damaged or with missing parts.

Please allow 7-14 days from the date we receive your returned item(s) to show as a credit on your credit card statement. Although we work quickly on our end to process your refund, you may experience delays with your credit card company or bank processing the refund.

Cancellation Policy 

  • Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours after purchase but PRIOR to shipment with NO cancellation fee.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, your cancellation request must be sent via email to support@theblissfulplace.com

After 48 hours there may be a cancellation fee depending on where your item(s) is in production and what work has been completed. This usually applies to items that are custom or personalized but could apply to specialty items as well.

If your order has already shipped and then you decide that you want to cancel, please refer to our return policy above. Please feel free to contact us by email at support@theblissfulplace.com if you decide to cancel and we’ll let you know if your order has been shipped.

Exchange Policy 

The Blissful Place will replace items if they are defective or damaged at no extra cost to you. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at support@theblissfulplace.com
