Shipping Methods
Customer orders are typically shipped by LTL freight, FedEx, UPS, or USPS ( U.S. Postal Service) depending on the product.
In order to ship any item, you must provide us with a physical address. We do not accept PO Boxes and Military (APO/FPO) addresses. When checking out an item from our store, if you do use a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO address, we will contact you to obtain a physical address. If we are unable to reach you and the item ships, you will be responsible for any reshipment fees.
Order Processing
Order processing times (aka "Lead Times") vary by product and supplier, especially for items that are made-to-order or custom finished. We encourage customers to refer to the product page for estimated processing times for each item.
Estimated Shipping Time
The “Estimated Shipping Time” on each product page refers to when your product(s) leave the warehouse for your destination. This timeframe varies depending on the specific product(s) you purchase.
It is estimated that your item(s) will arrive within 3–9 days via LTL freight or standard ground shipping once shipped depending on your location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather, or factors beyond our control.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii, where we do not currently ship). Free shipping applies to all services, including standard ground shipping for smaller items and LTL freight curbside delivery for larger items.
White Glove Delivery
For an additional cost, white glove delivery options are available on some items. Please call us at 1-800-975-4022 ext 3. or email support@theblissfulplace.com to inquire.
International Shipping
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Freight Carrier Service
If you purchase a product that is very heavy or large, it will be shipped by independent freight carrier.
The freight company will contact you in advance to schedule a date and time for delivery. An adult must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the item. If you miss your appointment, you may be charged a re-delivery fee. To ensure timely delivery, please ensure someone is present on the scheduled delivery day.
The delivery driver will drop your item(s) off curbside (end of driveway). The driver’s truck must be able to access the end of your driveway.
The driver is not responsible for bringing the product into your home or onto your driveway or to your desired location. These special requests must be handled by you as the customer. Please keep in mind that we will not be responsible for payment of any storage fees if your item(s) aren’t immediately accepted for delivery by you.
Damaged Items
Please be aware that damage to your shipment, although rare, may occur. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us immediately and follow the instructions below. Your claim of damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of documented delivery.
- Upon delivery, it is very important to inspect the outside of the box for any visible damage that may have occurred while in transit. The driver should give you time to inspect the outside of your box. You are responsible to check the interior of the box for any concealed damaged within 24 hours of delivery.
- If there is visible damage to the outside box, take pictures of the exterior damage. You will need to write a description of the damage on the Proof of Delivery (POD) receipt that the driver will give to you to sign. This will help when filing an insurance claim in case there is actual damage.
- If the driver does not wait for you to inspect your delivered item(s), please write “Driver Refused Inspection” on the POD. Please call us immediately at 800-975-4022 or contact us by email at support@theblissfulplace.com to report any issues or damaged items.
Every order is carefully and securely packed to ensure safe delivery. However, if your item arrives damaged, please send photos to support@theblissfulplace.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery so we can assist you as quickly as possible. To qualify for a full or partial replacement at no additional cost, we must receive your damage notification within this 24-hour window.
