• Keep fire bowl covered at all times when not in use. We recommend the manufacturer’s canvas bowl covers.
• In some areas of the country spiders or insects have been known to build nests and/or lay eggs in the venture holes of the air-mixer for LP units. This can cause fuel to fill the fire feature cavity and result in personal injury or property damage. Periodic inspection by a qualified service technician of the air-intake is required to ensure your fire feature performs properly.
• Keep any debris out of the fire bowl. Clean as needed. Exterior of the bowl and any ornament can be cleaned with mild dish soap and water. Use a microfiber towel to dry the bowl and ornament.
• Ring Cleaning: (1 x YR) If flames exhibit any abnormal shapes or behavior, or if burner fails to ignite properly, then the burner holes may require cleaning. The appliance can be cleaned by carefully removing the media to allow access to burner. Use a brush to carefully remove dust, spider webs, and loose particles from base, logs, and fire ring itself. If evidence of damage, fire ring must be replaced with fire ring specified by manufacturer.

WARNING: Any guard or protective device removed for servicing must be replaced prior to operating the fire bowl.

WARNING: Installation and repair should be done by a qualified service person. Fire bowls should be inspected prior to use and at least annually by a qualified service person.

WARNING: Ensure gas and power (if applicable) are shut off and fire bowl is cool before servicing.

WARNING: Turn off the water going into the bowls during the winter months.

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us. This email will confirm your order has been received and your credit card was approved for purchase.

Order Cancellation

Please note that all items are either custom made or made-to-order. Therefore, you can ONLY cancel your purchase order up to 48 hours after you've placed your order for a full refund. After the 48 hours, there will be NO REFUND.

Shipping

Delivery Time: Please allow 5-6 weeks for delivery once your order has been placed.

LTL Freight with Liftgate Delivery - This service means that your item(s) will ship securely packed on a pallet by LTL (Less than Truckload) freight. A liftgate will be used to place the item(s) curbside on your property. The truck driver will not unpack and/or assist with final placement or installation of the item(s) once it’s off the truck.

Please make arrangements for any kind of assistance you might need at the time of delivery. The freight carrier will call you in advance to arrange a date and time for delivery. All orders are noted for residential delivery. An adult must be available to sign for the item(s) at the time of delivery.

Damaged Deliveries

Please be aware that damage to your item(s), although rare, may occur during shipment. In the event this happens, please contact us immediately and follow the instructions below. Your claim of damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of documented delivery.

• Upon delivery, it is very important to inspect your package for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. You are responsible to check the exterior and interior of the box for any damage.
• If there is visible damage to the exterior of the box, REFUSE DELIVERY and then write on the Proof of Delivery (POD) receipt from the delivery driver “REFUSED DELIVERY-DAMAGED”. Take pictures of the exterior damage and email us the photos within 24 hours. If you sign for the delivery without notating the visible damage, the freight company is no longer responsible for the damage.
• You may also ask the delivery driver to wait until you open your box to inspect all your delivered items for any actual damage. If the driver refuses to wait for you to inspect your delivered item(s), please write “Driver Refused Inspection” on the Proof of Delivery (POD) receipt.
• Immediately after delivery, open your box of delivered items to inspect for any damage. Please take photos of any damaged items and email us the photos within 24 hours of documented delivery. Otherwise, the manufacturer will not be responsible for replacing any damaged items.

Returns

All items that are shown as custom made or made-to-order are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE purchases. All other items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and the original shipping cost even if the item(s) was “Free Shipping”.

After your return is received and the item(s) is in new, resaleable condition with no visible damage or missing parts, you will be refunded the original purchase price less the original shipping cost and the 25% restocking fee via the original credit card you used when you placed your order. The Blissful Place reserves the right to withhold all or part of your refund if any item(s) are returned damaged or with missing parts.

Please allow 7-14 days from the date we receive your returned item(s) to show as a credit on your credit card statement. Although we work quickly on our end to process your refund, you may experience delays with your credit card company or bank processing the refund.
