I would give 10 stars if possible

I can honestly say this was the best customer service I have ever experienced. I reached out about an ETA on the planter and Jen responded immediately. Any question I had I received a quick reply, fully addressed my question and was done with warmth and professionalism. It was such a pleasure to deal with Jen. The planter is solid, sturdy and a beautiful statement piece by my front door. I do love it!
