How to restart the water flow after you unplug and re plug

Incredibly Beautiful and Peaceful

This fountain is the most amazing, beautiful and perfect fountain for my parent’s backyard. The element of peace that it has brought is nothing short of serene. It is the perfect addition to the backyard and what makes it even more stunning is the company The Blissful Place, Jen and everything they stand for and live by. It is so hard to find people who truly care and will go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met and Jen did just that!! This fountain was a surprise gift to my parents for their anniversary and surprise party. There was a potential that it would not make it in time for the party but Jen went the extra mile to not only keep me informed every step of the way but also ensure an on time delivery. It was the focal point of the night and it is a nightly gathering place for our family. The quality is impeccable and we will FOREVER use and recommend The Blissful Place to anyone in the market for water features.

Beautiful Zen Fountain

This beautiful fountain brings a sense of peace to our yard and home. Their support was very responsive. Drop off was as described - curbside and the driver took the time to let us inspect the fountain. We did have to hire a crane to put it over the wall into the yard since it is so heavy - but totally worth it! We also laid a small cement base to sit it on. We live in an area that is sometimes windy and this is the perfect solution - the water doesn't blow away.
