Fantastic Fountain

Working with Jen was awesome, she went above and beyond to get our fountain and have it dropped off to us here in South Florida. I was informed every step of the way. At the beginning, I was a little nervous with purchasing this fountain online. Jen put our mind at ease, she made this online experience easy. The fountain came on time and in one piece. It was easy to assemble by following the step-by-step instructions. Although be aware, this fountain is heavy and built to last but it takes two people to move it. I was able to build a small pedestal out of cinder block to raise the fountain up so I can plant around it more easily. The 16" x 16“ square base received two cinderblocks perfectly. The final benefit of working with this place was the complimentary curbside drop off and no sales tax. When you add that to a 10% discount for first purchase, it becomes a great deal (better than any retail establishment I visited) saving me hundreds of dollars. Thank you for making me a “Fountain person".

Perfect!

If only all online purchases could go as smoothly as this one! Jennifer was exceptional about keeping in touch with me throughout the process. Drop off went smoothly and the packing was absolutely remarkable. I am extremely pleased with the quality and style of the Facet fountain. The water runs smoothly over all four copper water spillers (my husband made sure the base was as level as possible). I think our new fountain is a lovely replacement fountain for our Japanese rock garden and I expect we will enjoy it for years to come. Thank you, Jennifer, for everything!

Campania fountain

The fountain looks beautiful and the running water sounds nice, but I have not been able to get all four copper water spillages to work at once. I have made sure that all four sides are level and I tried the shims that came with the unit but I have only been able to get three sides working at the same time. I also noticed the bubbling water in the center of my fountain does not go as high as the one in the picture, I don’t know if that could be a reason the spillage doesn’t work as well. It is a beautiful looking fountain

Great Product. Great Service

I am a landscape contractor in Kansas. I was directed to this website by my client who wanted this fountain. My experience with Jennifer was great. The fountain was backordered but Jennifer was able to give me a realistic lead time and even came a bit early. The fountain was dropped off with no damage as it was packaged very well. Installation was a breeze and the client is very happy. 10/10 would use again. :)
