We purchased our fountain 3 years ago. It came in perfect condition and timely. About a year later, the bottom bowl was losing water. I hired several local people to address the problem and no one could figure out what the issue was. I reached out to Jen several times and she was always responsive and helpful. We finally figured out that the plug had gone bad . Pretty easy fix. Jen sent a new one out immediately free of charge and now our beautiful fountain is up and running. I really appreciate the support, the quality, and professionalism. The fact that after 3 years Jen stood by her product and provided great customer support is so appreciated and kinda rare these days . I am grateful!
